Fikayo Tomori Reveals why he dump Nigeria for England

Fikayo Tomori who plays as a defender for the Chelsea football club has finally revealed why he dumped Nigeria and play for England. The 21-year-old revealed that Nigeria has never made a joint effort to convince him to switch national allegiance prior to his international call up for England

Gareth Southgate selected the 21-year-old to England squad for the Euro 2020 qualifiers against the Czech Republic and Bulgaria but didn’t he did not feature in the two games.

Tomori finally plays his first game for the England senior team against Kosovo in the 2020 Euro qualifier.

According to Tomori that Gernot Rohr seems not to be ready to convince him to play for Nigeria, they should have made a joint effect to convince the 21-year-old Chelsea defender to witch national allegiance prior to his international call up for England.

He has joined his club teammate to play for England as they refused to play for Super Eagles, Tammy Abraham also dumped Nigeria for England due to same reason.
