Klopp Congratulates Sadio Mane For Wining African Player of the Year Award

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp congratulates Sadio Mane for winning African Player of the Year award for 2019 in Egypt on Tuesday night.

The 27-year-old Senegalese star recorded his African Player of the Year award after beating his club teammate, Mohamed Salah and Manchester City forward, Riyad Mahrez to claim his first CAF award.

thescoreng learnt that, Klopp believe so much on Mane as he urges him to do more and as well to get to the peak of his performance.

Mane has been outstanding and scoring goals for the Reds week in week out in this season.

Mane has played 19 matches, scored 11 goals with 6 assists this season. He also played 2 matches in the FIFA Club World Cup where he has 1 assist.

On Tuesday night was announced as the winner of the African Player of the Year award for 2019.

He crowned as the winner of the CAF Player of the Year for 2019 to recorded his first African best.
