The 30-year-old has scored 4 goals for his three stat for Manchester United this season as all league is under suspension to curtail the spread of coronavirus all over the world.

Man United is set to sign Odion Ighalo on permanent deal as his loan deal will end on May 31st of 2020, currently his former club  Shanghai Shenhua in China has offered £400k a week deal.

Ighalo has been impressive and this season for the Red Devils, now Ole Gunnar Solskjaer need to decide his fate whether to sign the 30-year-old on permanent deal or to return to Shanghai when the loan deal expire on May.

“Manchester United loanee Odion Ighalo has been offered a two-year contract extension worth more than £400,000 per week by his parent club Shanghai Shenhua”

“Odion Ighalo will become the Highest Paid African Player if he accepts Shanghai Shenhua’s over £400,000 per week two-year contract extension.”

“Shanghai Shenhua have offered Odion Ighalo a two year extension worth more than £400,000 a week #mulive [sky]”

According to The Athletic’s David Ornstein, a deal has been agreed with Chinese club Shanghai Shenhua for a loan fee of £4 million. Per Ornstein, the loan deal goes through the end of the season and has no option to buy. Sky Sports previously reported the possibility of the deal going through was described as ’50-50.

I think Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will not gamble on signing Ighalo on permanent deal as he has proven himself that surely he came to stay at the Old Trafford.

Nigeria is under lockdown over the deadly coronavirus outbreak as FG has announced the closure of shops, market for 7 days and public servants between grade 1-12 to stay at home for 14 days, so Odion Ighalo has used the medium to help some Nigeria by given 10 people N5000 naira to buy food stuffs and other necessary things during this lockdown on his Twitter fans page.
