Chelsea man in transfer move to German club

It’s been a dramatic international break away from the actual football, with a lot going on in the world of managers.

It’s been hard to concentrate on the football being played with all the off-field drama going on, and of course, Chelsea are involved.

Former Blues boss Thomas Tuchel has taken over from the sacked Julian Nagelsmann as the new manager of Bayern Munich, and that has caused a knock-on effect for a number of rumours and situations involving Chelsea, one being the future of current Blues coach Anthony Barry.

Tuchel wants him at Bayern as part of his staffing setup there, a desire that he has made very public as soon as he was in his new role.

According to The Daily Mirror, citing BILD, Barry has handed in a transfer request to Chelsea and wants to join him at Bayern.

Chelsea are demanding compensation in return for their agreement though, with negotiations ongoing.
