It has officially been announced that Ben Chilwell has agreed a new contract at Chelsea that will keep him at the club until 2027.
Chilwell has established himself among Chelsea’s most important players and the possibility of his departure would be unpalatable for many fans.
It has been claimed on numerous occasions that the Englishman may be open to departing the club at the end of the season with all the speculation that a new left-back will be brought into the club.
But now Just a day after reports emerged of Chilwell being ready to sign a new contract … he has signed a new contract!
Chilwell will stay for another four years, extending from 2025 to 2027. And he has announced that he is very happy to have agreed a new contract at Stamford Bridge.
He told the club website….
“I feel very settled at CHELSEA and have really enjoyed my time on the pitch here so I’m very pleased the club want me to be part of the project long-term, and am very happy to sign this extension to my contract.
“We are working hard for success and I will do my best to bring more smiles to the faces of the fans who have made me feel so welcome.”

There has been so many rumours about a new left-back coming to the club – but Chilwell really is one of the best in the Premier League already and giving him a new deal is very smart.
As we said – he is brilliant and a man that has many more years left the game – CHELSEA fans are delighted that he has agreed a new contract so soon after news broke that he was in talks over a new deal
