Mauricio Pochettino is earning a lot of criticism from Chelsea fans after their 1-0 loss to Aston Villa.
The Blues have been without a goal for the last three games and fans are annoyed with some mistakes that the manager keeps making.
One of these includes playing Levi Colwill as a left-back at the expense of the actual full-backs at the club.
Colwill is a natural centre-back who seems to add no real attacking threat to Chelsea at all.
Fans are sick of seeing Pochettino play him there and have urged him to stop this experiment, as they reacted on Twitter.
CBW: “The misprofiling of players by Poch so far is baffling. Colwill LB, Chilwell as a forced LW at the expense of Mudryk who needs consistent minutes to develop, Enzo operating at 10 when he’s a deep lying playmaker. Palmer should be starting regularly. Gallagher + Silva shouldn’t.”
Rola: “The man will even play Colwill at LB. Poch is acting too foolish, nothing you can tell me.”
AzeezIshola: “Pochettino plays Colwill at LB rendering him unable to play to his full abilities. I know the people running the club have been horrendous but coach hasn’t been any better. The earlier he gets sacked, the better for us all.”
Yuma Kuga: “Colwill at lb experiment still continuing then Just drop the granddad.”
EHR: “We have 3 LBs on bench, 3 LBs ffs and he decides to play Colwill LB every time man, he plays many people out of position and blames it on injuries but “give him time”. Ridiculous.”
CFCFrankie: “This brother is just repeating mistakes now. Playing Enzo as a 10 and Colwill as a LB (while there are better options on the bench) didn’t work against Bournemouth and it didn’t work today either. He is proper pissing me off now.”
