Atletico Madrid star and former Chelsea loanee, Joao Felix is performing excellently at Barcelona this season.
Mauricio Pochettino stated it clear that he doesn't need the 24-year-old in his squad as he decided to joined Barca on loan on summer transfer. Felix would have help the team in creating chances and scoring goals if he stay at Chelsea but as the manager didn't give him opportunity to showcase his talented Felix decide to move on.
Joao Felix has been impressive for Barca this season having scored a goal and two assists in his 10 games in the Lagliga for the Spanish giants.
Felix scored two goals with an assist in his four games for Barcelona in the Champions League this season, the Portuguese star has been involved in the club success.
Atlético president Cerezo: “João Félix will be one of the best players in Europe, I wish him all the best at Barça”.
“He’s on loan there but if Barça want to sign João on permanent deal, they’ll have an option to make it happen for sure. Otherwise, he will return”, told COPE.
Barca are now pressing on to sign the 24-year-old Portuguese star permanently due to his recent brilliant form at the club.
