Chelsea will hope to return to winning ways when they welcome Brighton for their Premier League encounter after their heavy lost against Newcastle United.
Pochettino, who seems to be under pressure, will need to introduce new tactics as his favorite 4-3-3 and 4-2-3-1 formations have visibly not earned the Blues a reasonable amount of wins. Considering Brighton's energetic playing style, the 3-4-3 strategy below should be adopted by The Blues coach for the game.
Goalkeeper: Sanchez
Defense: Colwill, Silva, Disasi, Cucurella
Midfield: Fernandez, Caicedo, Lavia
Attackers: Palmer, Sterling, Nkunku
Sanchez has conceded too many goals and should be benched for Petrovic in the coming game. Levi Colwill will need to return to the defense and partner with Silva and Disasi in a three-man defensive wall.
Cucurella and Gusto should start in the left and right wing-back areas due to their pace and creativity. The central midfield should be controlled by Enzo Fernandez and Caicedo, who are the best pair for the position.
The trio of Mudryk, Sterling, and Palmer in the attacking line should also be used by the coach for the encounter.
