Chelsea submit £52m for William as Arsenal set for Sergio move

That is according to Mundo Deportivo, as relayed by Sport Witness, who state that the Blues are interested in signing the 16-year-old.. He has a €60 million release clause written into his contract - something that Chelsea are keen to activate. It is also suggested that Arsenal and Barcelona are interested in signing him.
