Nkunku and Lavia to make debut as Pochettino eyes another premier league win for Chelsea

Both Brighton and Chelsea have been inconsistent this season. Chelsea are tenth on the league table while Brighton are eighth. Meanwhile, Pochettino's record against Brighton has shown that Chelsea has a good chance to win the game this weekend.

Chelsea have claimed just four wins in 13 Premier League games this campaign, losing five games and drawing four games. Brighton on the other hand has six wins, four draws and three defeats so far this term.

The last time Chelsea faced Brighton was in the Carabao Cup they won the game by 1-0. Last season, Brighton defeated Chelsea on both legs in the Premier League. Chelsea will be aiming to take revenge this season. Christopher Nkunku is back in the team training and he might make the bench on Saturday.

However, Pochettino lost just one of his seven matches as a manager against Brighton in all competitions, winning five times and drawing once. The only defeat was the 3-0 Premier League loss for Spurs at the Amex Stadium in October 2019.

This shows that Chelsea has a good chance to win against Brighton this weekend as the players can take inspiration from the Coach's record to perform brilliantly and emerge as the winner.
