As reported by Standard Sport yesterday, Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino has called for his forward Noni Madueke to raise the level of his game and to compete for a starting spot at Chelsea.
According to Mauricio Pochettino yesterday which was Saturday, the 23rd day of December, 2023, Noni Madueke's position has a lot of competition, and for that reason the young Englishman needs to raise his level.
In his (Mauricio Pochettino) words as reported by Standard Sport yesterday he said; "Noni is in a position where there's massive competition. He needs to compete and raise his level."
The likes of Mykhailo Mudryk, Cole Palmer, Raheem Sterling and Christopher Nkunku are all playing in the same position with Noni Madueke, and that must have been the reason why Pochettino has asked him to raise ahead.
