Manchester United have confirmed that young striker Joe Hugill has joined Burton Albion on loan until the end of the season. The 19-year-old, who scored 16 goals in 20 games for the U23s this season, will gain valuable first-team experience in League One. Saudi Arabian club Al-Hilal are close to signing Brazilian left-back Renan Lodi from Marseille. West Ham have ruled out a move for Jesse Lingard, who is available on a free transfer at the end of the season.
