Chelsea have submitted huge and highest bid so far to sign Ecuadorian star, Moises Caicedo after initial £100m rejected as Liverpool set to hijack deal.

 

Liverpool £111m bid for Caicedo still sits at highest offer according to Sky Sports News but from player side he want Chelsea not Reds this summer.
